No originality there The repetition was ridiculous how is the editor letting this go? It usually doesn't bother me but how many times do we have to be reminded about every little detail of Charlotte? Even worse I guessed what the plot of the book was going to be right from the beginning I was disappointed that it was so obvious I did not like Lucy and felt that she was mean spirited and selfish to have acted as she did and denied that little girl everything just because she wanted her to be her child with a man who didn't care about her Poorly written Ms Steele's recent books have all followed along these lines with a downward trend I had to keep forcing myself to read this book and I have never had that problem before Very disappointed and wish I could get my money back
